Resin Workshop

Would you love to create your own abstract artwork? What story would you tell through Art? The Art Edit will guide you through the process in this hands-on beginners Resin Art Workshop. LIMITED SPOTS AVAILABLE INCLUDED: ALL MATERIALS You will: • watch a demonstration. • engage in artmaking discussions, if you wish. • learn what resin is and how to safely work with it on specific surfaces. • learn how to mix and add colour to resin. • learn the key techniques of working with the mediums of resin, pigments, dyes and inks. • create your own abstract artwork on a primed 30cm circular art board, using a colour palette of your choosing. This is perfect for displaying or hanging afterwards. • paint in a fun-filled environment with other like-minded individuals. • option of adding a grazing box. Bar is also open for all your alcoholic beverages.

PLEASE NOTE:

• No refunds within 2 weeks of the event.

• You must be 18 years or older to participate. We do not recommend this workshop to pregnant women as chemicals in the form of resins are used.

• Artworks will be left until the following day for the Resin to partly cure & you will be required to pick it up from the venue on Saturday.

• Basic aprons and masks are provided, though if you wish to bring your own, including a higher protection or full-face respirator mask, feel free.

• Old clothing and closed-in shoes are recommended as we get magnificently messy in the workshop!

• Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time of the workshop.
